Hi there!
I am a graduate from Universiti Putra Malaysia with a Bachelor's in Counselling, and I am registered under the Board of Counselling in Malaysia (KB10938/PA10540). As a certified Japanese Pastel Nagomi Art instructor, I champion this beautiful 'art of hope' at the intersection of psychology and art-based wellbeing.
My practice is dedicated to continuously exploring a diverse range of creative techniques to build safe, process-oriented spaces where people can gently untangle their emotions.

Freelance tele-counsellor for B40 members in crisis
Assistant volunteer mental health researcher for Projek Sentosa (Orang Asli youth research)
Internship at the Ministry of Works as a Junior Counsellor, providing sessions for working adults
Practicum at Beautiful Gate Foundation as a practical counsellor, providing sessions for disabled adults
I am passionate about exploring creative, hands-on techniques to help people from all walks of life gently untangle their emotions and find healing.
